Photo Registration Service
This service is available for Mail++ members only.  If a Mail++ member wants to create a secure community with a selected audience, the sender must first send a Registration Photo to all members in the group.  A Registration Photo is an image that enables the viewer to read all future Photo Messages and Photo Contents from the sender.  Registration of users is therefore a necessary first step to select members and form groups.

A Registration Photo is sent via email from the Mail++ portal.   When members of the group view the Registration Photo in PhotoViz, they are automatically registered and will be able to read all future personalized Photo Contents from that member i.e. one-time registration.  If Photo Contents are not personalized, all users of PhotoViz will be able to access and read

Sending a Registration Photo
 a. Goto http://www.mailplusplus.com and click on the 'Sign Up/Login' button

b. If you are not a member, sign on as a member by clicking on the 'join member' button

c. Login as a member by entering your email address and password

d. Click on the 'Send Message' button

e. Select image. Images can be selected from the thumbnails, the gallery or upload your own image

f.  Enter Subject of your email

g. Enter the recipients emails or retrieve emails from My Contacts.  Separate each email with a semi-comma (;). Leave no blanks between emails

h. Enter email message.  Note: This message can be read by everyone

i.  Select file output format. (Recommended to use PhotoViz default format .viz)

j.  Check the 'Registration Photo' box

k. Enter secret or hidden message.  This message is encrypted into the image

l.  Click on 'Send Message' button
