Images or photos encrypted with messages and contents are saved as either of two output file formats: viz or jpg.  The viz file format is a proprietary format of PhotoViz and the jpg is the universally accepted JPEG format.  The viz file format is automatically linked to PhotoViz.  The main advantage of using the viz format is the convenience offered to users to quickly access the Photo Messages or Contents.  Double clicking an image with a viz format will instantly open PhotoViz.

All images submitted to the Mail++ portal will be resized to 800x600 pixels resolution before being emailed to the recipients.  Images will a resolution less than 800x600 pixels will remain unchanged.  Note that the quality of the image will not be affected by the number of characters in the message.  A limit of 100,000 characters for the hidden message is set for practical reasons.
