Usage
1 . How can I view secret messages and contents encrypted in images?
Hidden messages and contents in images can only view and accessed by PhotoViz. Please download PhotoViz at http://www.picsalive.com and install the software. 

2 . Is the quality of the image affected when I encrypt messages and contents into it?
No. The quality of the photo will not be affected by the hidden messages or contents.  For practical reasons, all images are resized to 800x600 pixels resolution.

3 . Can the photo with hidden messages and contents be viewed by other viewers?
Yes.  Images with hidden messages and contents can be viewed with any conventional image viewer software.  They looked just like any other images and with no loss in image quality.

4 . Why Personalized Photo Messages and Photo Contents?
Members of Mail++ can personalized their Photo Message so that only registered recipients will be able to access the messages or contents encrypted in the image.   Personalization of Photo Messages and Contents creates a “personal? community or a social network structure where members can exchange photos, share feelings, notes securely.

5 . What is a Registration Photo?
A Registration Photo is an image that enables the viewer to read all future Photo Messages and Photo Contents from the sender.  Registration of users is therefore necessary first step to select members and form groups.

6 . Can I ensure that the only the intended recipient receive my messages and contents?
Yes.  As a member of Mail++, you can set a password during the encryption process. Inform the intended recipients about the password.  Another method is to send a Registration Photo.  Only the viewers of the Registration Photo can view and access your future messages and contents.

7 . What is the viz file format?
The viz file format is a proprietary format of PhotoViz and is automatically linked to PhotoViz.  The main advantage of using the viz format is the convenience offered to users to quickly access the Photo Messages or Contents.  Double clicking an image with a viz format (e.g. in a mail server such as Outlook, Gmail or Hotmail) will instantly launch PhotoViz.

1. What are the system requirements?
    a. Pentium III 500 MHz processor or equivalent minimum
    b. Microsoft Windows?(98 SE, 2000, ME, XP)
    c. 128 MB of computer RAM memory minimum; 256 MB recommended
    d. High Color (16-bit) display colors setting (True Color or 24/32-bit recommended)
    e. 800x600 display screen area (1024x768 or higher recommended)

2. Can Mail++ services run on other operating systems?
No. Currrently, Mail++ services are available only for Windows operating systems.

1. Are there any costs or limitations in the use of Mail++ Services?
For personal and non-commercial usage, PhotoViz is free and there are no costs or limitations.

2. Are Mail++ Services available anywhere else?
No.  Encryption of messages and contents is only available at the Mail++ site.

3 . Can I talk to a person?
We do not provide telephone support for our products.
